Leads strategic program and release management activities for ORBIS EMR. Defines standards, processes, and tools for project execution, release management, risk management, and reporting. Oversees planning, coordination, and execution of software development projects and release initiatives. Ensures alignment between program goals, product roadmaps, and business strategies. Manages interdependencies, resource allocations, and priorities across projects and regions. Guides and supports Program and Release Managers in resolving cross-functional challenges. Monitors KPIs, reports status, risks, and escalations to senior leadership and stakeholders. Fosters collaboration across technical teams, business units, and external partners. Manages escalations from the installed base, coordinates actions, and structures communication channels. Publishes root cause analyses and implements corrective actions.
